2. How strong you look is as important as how strong you are.

3. Leaders exhibit strength, while bullies prey on weakness.

4. Find your speed, maintain velocity and keep on doin' it.

5. Learn from the past, don't live there.

6. You win a war by kicking the enemy's ass not by negotiating with them.

7. Joining a group doesn't make you any less of an individual.

8. Take a pit stop, overhaul your psyche.

9. If you want to travel fast, travel light.

10. Sitting on the fence is for birds.

This shoot was created by a group of Wellington people to ease boredom, apparently. If something as good as this comes out of monotony I'd love to see what excitement inspires. The styling was done by one Miss Azure Ellis who, unfortunately for us in New Zealand, is moving to Sydney next month. No doubt some uber cool Sydney label or agency will snap her up and we'll be seeing a lot more of her work in the future.

How good is Beyonce's new video?! The styling is amazing. Femme fatales, flowers, soaking in the bath, 1960s style, stars, a fistful of rings, high-waisted delicates, polka dots, leopard print and bold eyeliner. Oh how I wish I could be a minx-in' housewife like Beyonce.

Bambi

Bambi Northwood-Blyth is my new favourite model. She only started modeling this year (although that fourth photo was taken late last year by Hobo Gestapo's Artemis), and has already been featured on a cover of Australian Harper's Bazaar as part of the next generation of Australian supermodels (New Zealander Georgia Fowler is also featured). I love her eyebrows and her killer cheekbones.
