Speaking of Space!, I have been digging this song lately. Cut Copy speckled The Juan MacLean's Happy House with their magic to create the 'Space Is The Place' remix. Another summer anthem? Yes!

Give it a minute, at the 1.02 mark the song turns awesome. I prefer the parts with the female vocals to the male vocals.

Space!

Ever since I read Bill Bryson's A Short History of Nearly Everything, I have been thinking more about how the universe works. I've always been fascinated by the Moon (which could be linked to my Cancerian birth date), but my lunar love has now evolved to include all astronomy.

I love pictures of galaxies with the gorgeous array of colours. I love staying in the country and looking up at the stars. It makes me feel very insignificant and my mind almost combusts from all the philosophising that goes on during those nights.

I even have a folder on my iPhoto I have named 'Space!', which I plan on filling with pictures of cool celestial things. Do you have any cool pictures I could put in my Space! folder?

Dreams, and such.

Last night I had a dream where I met SBS newsreader Janice Petersen. I remember asking where she went to university and what she loved most about working in current affairs journalism. I don't remember her answers. I am so lame. Shouldn't I be dreaming about meeting actors or rockstars or something normal like that?

Lonely Hearts Sale

I am so very excited about the Lonely Hearts sale this weekend! I'm hoping to get my hands on some Winter '09 goodies. The sale starts on Thursday and goes for about a week or until everything is gone, whichever comes first. The annual sale, which normally takes place at Willis York hairdressing will now be in a store near Coco on Willis st. Get in early, because the sale is always super busy.

British Fashion Awards 2009

Georgia Jagger (yes, as in Mick Jagger and Jerry Hall's daughter) has won the British Fashion Award for Model of the Year. I think it should've gone to Daisy Lowe.
